Is it legal to have 2 22.5 fittings to be able to make it to where i needed to go?
There is a tub/shower at the end with the p trap. Then a vent. Then a toilet

If those 22.5’s are installed to maintain downward slope, then they’re fine.

If they’re rolled down, then it’s a no go.

Is this solvent welded together here? Looks a bit wonky, but it could be the photo.

The angle of the pipe extending through the hole in the plywood going into the 180 degree piece indeed looks like it needs some attention.
