Is my led connection for my toilet broken?

If you zoom in there's a crack going all around inside and have had a bad smell kicking around i can't place

Is that from a sewer scope. If it were me i would consider a crack all the way through if roots or ground water were getting in. Things in the ground settle and stress cracks can appear. What are you being told it is

It looks like it is just where the straight section coming off the flange joins into an elbow.

The seal is made outside the pipe, in an enlarged socket on the elbow.

I think if it leaked, you would see stains on the ceiling below there.
