Installing a toilet

Hi,
I have just purchase a property with an upstairs bathroom which has no wc upstairs, just a bath and sink. I am looking to install a toilet, there is currently no plumbing/waste for a toilet just the sink and bath. The toilet would be cited on a wall which is the end wall of the house and a waste pipe could be fitted directly going out, would this be likely to be a straight forward job?
