Installing a rainhead shower head

Hiya everyone, any suggestions on how I can remove the existing shower head and install this new rain shower head?
I can't upload the other picture to show my problem, the "1/2 pipe coming out of the wall is 1 foot or so lower than I need it to be. I'll try to upload the other pic.

90 up, add the desired length, 90 out and use a fitting 45-degree bend

You can get "S" shape shower arms that will bring your shower head up.
