Impossible to remove mid valve help!

Replacing my vanity and having serious issue removing the faucet mid valve. What am I missing. Almost feels like it was welded. Used WD40. Pictures are of the whole setup.

You have to take the handle and the gold trim off. Then Unscrew the brass nut.

You can’t remove it from the bottom by unscrewing it.

When trying to unscrew the handle it doesn’t turn past the point of opening and closing. Unless I’m missing something.
 
Look for small set screws that may hold the handle on.

It comes off some how.
