How to undo shower door stop?

Hi

Does anyone know how to undo this shower door stop.
There appears to be a rubber on the side that comes into contact with the roller on the door.
I would like to remove them and replace them but unsure how to remove it without causing any damage.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
