How to fix my patio water tap?

I have recently purchased a home.

There is no handle for the water tap at my patio.

How to fix it?

Replace it or find the model and get a repair kit.

Turn the water to the house off and bring the stem to hardware store that stocks handles. Or have a plumber replace the whole unit.
