They say a picture is worth a thousand words... Please open below and scroll to the second page. On the top right corner there is an "Example" picture.

That's what I am trying to install. As you can see, the 1/2 copper pipe coming out of the valve (bottom) and going into the transfer switch (top) are shown to be 9/16" off. Is there a copper fitting that can handle that?

I wish instructions were better!

Thanks

A copper street 90 into a regular copper 90 would give you a touch more than 3/4" offset, a street 45 into a regular 45 would probably give you less.

If the two valves are far enough apart, soft copper would be a better resolution.

Thank you.

The two valves are about 7" apart. One is above the other... Did you have something like the following in mind?

What is the minimal distance and would it get soldered like hard pipe between the valves?

Yes, that is what I am talking about. I have seen it available in as little as 18" pieces in HD or Lowe's.

I haven't worked with soft a lot, but I am thinking that 7" center to center would be a little tight to get a 9/16" offset.

Yes, it would solder in place just like hard copper.
