Generally how far can:

A horizontal run of vent ( in a wall for a sink & toilet) go before it must go vertical ( stack to roof)

A fixture be ( toilet flange) to vent vertical

Assuming that all horizontal venting is above the FLR (Flood Level Rim)

Additionally do ells and 45/22.5 subtract from allowed inches to ventilation?

Venting distances goes by pipe size, check your local plumbing code, some states allow the international plumbing code, not Massachusetts
