Help with leaky faucet

I have a leaking faucet handle. I presume I need to change the cartridge but I can't find a set screw to take off the handle. Please see the attached image. Any help much appreciated!

Turn the entire bell on the handle.

I did that. Not sure it was the right move, though. It sheared off a piece inside. Think I'll take it to the hardware store to see what can be done tomorrow. Suggestions still welcome, though.
