Help sewer ejector pump!!!

Hey guys I need some advice. I a building a new home and I'm am being told I have to install a sewer ejector pump. My question is what will happen if tampons, or wet wipes are flushed. Will the grinder do its job or will I have problems with clogging. Any insight would be helpful.

NO!!!!! sorry to be blunt but were i work we have ejectors larger than what you would use in your house toilet paper only,wet wipes don't break down i wouldn't trust thegrinder pumps to pass it even if it does your just gonna strain
it each time its used i have one in my basement nothing but toilet paper goes down it.....i have pulled many plastic pieces out of jammed pumps

what is an e system????? the only ones ive seen are maserator pumps with floats or other level sensing devices

Your not suppose to flush them down any system.
