help replacing pump assembly on a very old toilet

The assembly pictured below broke apart and there is no water flowing into the toilet now when flushing. I am hoping to either find a temporary fix and replace it or to fix it myself through welding. I realize this part is likely out of production.. but if someone can lend a hand I'd be greatly appreciative.

If it is possible to weld the two pieces back together and have it function please let me know.

Not worth the welding wire to even try. You don't have to replace with that exact ballcock, there's lots of modern universal ones that will work no matter what the age of the toilet.
