Hello!

I am having a heck of time trying to find a new shower drain. This house was built in 1995.

I’m especially confused on the name of the part I’m actually searching for. A new drain was purchased (thinking they were universal), but new diameter is too large/tall. The old screw in drain is 1.5 inches in height.

The circumference of the old piece is 9.5 inches, Outer diameter 3 inches.
Inner diameter approximately 67mm, just over 2.5 inches.

Excuse my ignorance as I am a “super novice”, any help would be appreciated! Thank you again!

If your on a concrete slab foundation, you’re in for a treat.

For anybody that might find themselves in this predicament in the future....I found it! I can't believe it! Talk about needle in a haystack. This drain has V-shaped coarse threads, which it how I found it.

Hope this helps somebody out there.
