Help identifying shower valve

This valve in the main bath of my daughter's condo operates very stiffly and I'd like to change out the innards. I believe it to be original from 1980. There are no identifying brand names to be found. It appears to be a Delta/Peerless type, but I'd like to be sure and have all parts on hand before shutting off the water and disassembling it. Up/down for on/off, up then left/right for hot/cold. Any guidance as to brand would be most appreciated.

It is a Delta. Call Delta and they will send you the replacement parts free of charge.
