Hello: A few years back I had to have my main sewer line snaked. The technician said I needed a new plug/cap for the main line into the sewer. He replaced it with this (see pic). I recently had a different guy come for same reason and he couldnt figure out how to get this off. I went to home depot/ace and they didnt know either. Can some on please help me identify this type of plug and how to remove it. Its an indented cross with what appears to be a screw hole in the middle .Thanks

You don’t need a tool with a cross shaped head to unscrew that plug.
Just a heavy steel piece that will properly engage it, like a narrow brick chisel.
Or even an old dull wood chisel, which I call a $#it chisel, so dull and beat up that I use it only for nasty jobs.
Then turn the handle of the chisel with a big wrench, like a big pipe wrench.
You can find flush cleanout wrenches all over Google, if you insist on the genuine article.
They are sometimes more like a key to fit the slot, which you will then turn with any old big wrench.
