Help identifying model for cartridge replacement

Pretty sure this is a Grohe unit, but have been unable to find a match online to locate the model number. Need to replace the cartridge.

Might just replace the whole fixture, but cannot locate any new ones with the same configuration -- handles on top are water on/off, one for shower head and the other for the hand shower. The thermostat control is the single handle at the bottom.

If you're looking for cartridge then you will need to show the cartridge.
manufactures often change the trim and use the same valve and also change there valves using similar trim.


Not familiar with all the Grohe but they have a tendency to redesign stuff so they may have several thermostatic cartridges and them they may only have one that fits all

Call Grohe send them photos of parts they can help or call a plumber who works with Grohe
