help identify shower hot and cold mixer cap for shower

Can anyone tell me what brand this cap is for a shower hot and cold diverter cap. It has developed a small crack it it and leaks. Ignore the mess on it, as its a mix of glue and dust. The house was built in the 50s if that helps

Thanks for the reply. Do you think i could find this part on ebay or some other secondhand website. And if that not an option do u recommend anything that maybe i could smear on the inside of the cap in the hope of sealing this hairline crack.
