HELP! 4" ABS Sewer - Vertical to Horizontal fitting

We are placing a single family residential sewer main in California (CPC) and want to know what an acceptable fitting for a full floor vertical stack transitioning into a horizontal trench. Would a 1/4 bend 90 degree elbow work? The CPC code below isn't exactly clear to me! Appreciate the help!

706.4 Vertical to Horizontal

Vertical drainage lines connecting with horizontal drainage lines shall enter through 45 degree (0.79 rad) wye branches, combination wye and one-eighth bend branches, or other approved fittings of equivalent sweep. Branches or offsets of 60 degrees (1.05 rad) shall be permitted to be used where installed in a true vertical position.

"Long Sweep" 1/4 bend is allowed. NOT a standard 90.
Horizontal runs are required to have cleanout serving the run on first floor of building.
 
No, that does not say "long-turn" or "long sweep"
Here: NIBCO 4 in. ABS DWV 90-Degree Hub x Hub Long-Turn Elbow C5807LTHD4 - The Home Depot
Has to be the equal of two 45s.
We want "flow" through the sweep. Don't want it to hit the horizontal and stall. Also, sewer snakes like long sweeps.

There are a lot of things that can go wrong when a licensed pro is not involved.
With 5 WCs allowed now on 3" pipe, we never even see 4" in most dwellings until the stub out for the sewer beyond the foundation.
