Hi all, i have no knowledge of plumbing, spas or anything of the sort but i thought maybe one of you can give me a hand to getting the heating in the new house we moved into working,

We filled the spa with water from the hose but it seems the hose connects to a pipe and i have no idea what it does, does this mean we need to empty it and if so how? The heating light comes on and the pump light does too, the water bubbles from the jets but no heat enters it, we've left it for 7 hours too see and no difference.

Thankyou for the speedy reply,

I believe so, as 3 and 2 on the pipes leading have DO NOT USE which is what it says on the numbers too, except 2 is solar and we don't have any solar panels except maybe the water tank behind the back of the house? also there are timers on the power plug bits is there any reason for it? one is labeled as hot and other is cold.

Ive grabbed more photos in a attempt to help more so
