Gas union

Looking for some feedback to make sure I am in with a union in this placement, IPC is very vague and only says you have to have one 6ft with appliance and shutoff upstream, which I will have for all my appliances also. Thinking I should be ok because I have a shutoff in front of it. Thanks for s as my suggestions in advance and feedback

Thanks for the look over Twowaxhack, kinda figured I was ok it’s not buried or anything and theirs the manifold shutoff before it, just a situation I have never run into having to use union in that placement, and wanted to double check, very much appreciated.

I think the union is actually in backwards, but that doesn't really matter.
