fixture unit count

The IPC says 2 FU for a service sink, but it lists a minimum trap size of 1.5". If I have a service sink with a 3" trap, is it still 2 FU, or do I use table 709.2, "Drainage Fixture Units for Fixture Drains or Traps", 3" comes to 5 FU.

I'm under a different code but in that case I would have to use the FU count for a 3" trap, minus if it's an emergency floor drain.

709.2 states that "Fixtures not listed in Table 709.1 shall have a drainage fixture unit load based on the outlet size of the fixture in accordance with Table 709.2. " A service sink is listed in Table 709.1, so I would definitely come down on the side of calling it as 2 DFU's.
