So, the story begins with the master bathroom's bathtub. Low hot water pressure. Disassembly the fixture and cleaned it, still low. Changed the faucet, still low. There's no adjustment screws from what I can see with the fixture removed. The shower on the opposite wall, and both sinks get hot water just fine. I give up since I don't use the tub much, and leave it be.

Now this week, my other bathroom has low bathtub hot water pressure as well. Only the tub and its connected shower, not the sink. Disassembled it, found no calcium buildup and no adjustment screws on this one either. There doesn't seem to be a hot water shutoff on my hot water heater either.

Any idea what could be causing this? Or what to do next?

What do you mean " changed the faucet "

Did you replace the entire valve assembly inside the wall?

Or just the cartridge?

I just replaced the cartridge in the first one, no effect. Haven't done the second one but I can't imagine it would help.
