. Always enjoy asking for a 2nd Opinion and do my Best @ DIY..lol..One of the given deals living outside the Big City is Attempting Repairs on your own and of course gaining a sort of Multi Tasking Capability...lol...Every home we've Owned there has always been some form of Renovation involved...My Wife likes to get right in there with me and is pretty handy too..To which I say, I've developed the Art of the Perfect Tool Caddy...lol..Cheers.
