damaged hose spigot plumbing re-design

I have two hose bibs in my back yard that are supplied by 1/2" line from the attic that runs down the wall of the exterior of the house. I had a pretty bad leak in the hose bib and I tried to get it off using two vice grips and not damage the pipe but I damaged an old soldering connection in the tee between the bibs that is now leaking. Now I'm thinking I should just replace the whole split with the two old bibs on it. I wanted to get some advice on whether there is a better way to set up this plumbing, or if I should just tear it apart and rebuild and re-solder as it is. As it stands it is kind of a pain because when you want to solder anything the copper line is right up against the house. What would you do in this situation?

Just undo the straps holding it to the wall. the pipe will flex a little.
put a small block or a screw driver handle behind the pipe to hold it out.

prefab the tee with the 2 threaded adapters for the hose bibs.
Then solder the tee to the vertical.
Maybe something you should hire it out.

Probably take a pro less than an hour to fix it.
