Big problem here!!
I have a 10" storm drain that connects my yard to my neighbors
problem is its packed with cypress tree roots in the middle of it out of reach of a sawsall or any hand tools
Pipe is about 10' long and is under the only road in and out of a private neighborhood so chopping up the road is the very last resort
Anybody ever ran into this problem before??
any ideas???
