cartridge removal

This is a pic of a Home Depot faucet I installed 10 years ago. I think it was a Delta. Its been good but I want to totally clean it in vinegar
and replace the cartridge. How do I get the cartridge out and does anyone recognize the cartridge ? So I can order one...thanks

Take the handle off and I can tell you more. It should have a hole with an Allen head hex screw in the hole if it’s delta.

I think it may be a kohler.

I will take it apart and take pic. It could be either.I don't remember.
