Please help. The square concrete cover won't budge. We got the round concrete tube out. It has no handles. Is it safe to bust it out and form a new piece or is their a better way. Thanks in advance.

On mine we use a chipping gun or small jackhammer in the crack where the lid sits in, do that in a few places and it should free it up.

Thanks Chris. We chipped away at it and then built a hillbilly lever with a few blocks, a four by four, a bottle jack and a thick rope. After a lot of sweating and waiting for the board to crack or the rope to break it, it finally broke loose.

Should of made a youtube video but there's probably already one out there lol

Thanks again for the suggestion.
