2 full baths upstairs and both sinks have this rubber line plumbed into them like a dishwasher would be plumbed. My water heaters and HVAC’s are both in the upstairs attic. Water heaters overflow drains are to the outside, HVAC have pvc drains that I lose in the insulation, but I have outside drains that correspond to the directions they go…..I think. I have never seen condensation dripping from them though. Would it be code to drain AC condensate this way . I’m in Texas by the way. Thanks….

The drains that go outside are probably emergency secondary drains if the drains you see under the lavatories stop up.
