Bathroom sink - cartridge replacement

Hi all - can i use different cartridges for a Symmons - Allura 8 inch SLW76221.2 - instead of using hot RL-075 cold RL-076 cartridges - can i use hot KN-114 and cold KN-113?

Background:
Bathroom sink is dripping - not sure if its o ring or cartridge or o ring - have no idea how to determine
Symmons customer service told me I need to replace with specific type of cartridge - hot side RL-075 and the cold RL-076 - but HomeDepot does not have these and a plumbing supply quote me about $100 for both - but the whole faucet cost me at home depot $120 - so im about to buy a new faucet at this point or go for different cartridges

If the manufacturer told you that then I’ll assume it’s true.

Personally I’d never use a Symmons valve for anything. It’s not supported in my area.

I can buy a Delta or a Moen and get free parts for life.
