I think the concrete blocks in my basement are solid 12-inch blocks. If I want to drill weep holes, do I need to go all the way through? Or are they hollow in some spots? The weep holes I have drilled so far are about 6 inches and most have not hit hollow areas, and no water has exited from the holes.
