The downstairs toilet and sink seem to be a little overflowed in the morning, but are fixed when we flush the upstairs toilet. I suspect the downstairs plumbing could be getting a little slushy from the cold weather because they are in the laundry room which is pretty much uninsulated unfinished basement. Do you have any insight? Should we call a plumber?
