We bought a house a year ago in an area with a high water table. We have not had any sewer backup but every time we have some rain and water pools in the back yard the tub drain gurgles when the toilet is flushed. As soon as the water soaks down in the back yard the gurgling stops happening. Obviously the rain and pooling water are related but I can't figure out how. The picture shows the drain connections. The tub drain is the pipe that goes into the middle of the cross. There are two separate toilets connected. The vent stack goes directly up from the cross. Would that configuration cause a vent problem?IMG_20211230_113444.jpg

If you’re on a septic tank the problem is with the drain field most likely.
