After caulking over crack in standing shower this stains starts growing...

We recently got someone to do caulking over cracks in the standing shower, then we saw this stain (looks like mould, but is it ?) starts and seems to get longer. What is the orange colour is it from the insulating material ?

Clean your shower more often, it’s pink mildew.
