4-way showerhead no longer 4-way

I have a Moen 4-spray pattern showerhead. It was getting some lime buildup so I attached a bag of vinegar to it and soaked it overnight. Now there is no longer a distinction between the 4 spray patterns. Its more or less 2 patterns. I haven't removed it and taken it apart yet (at this point it at least works, I don't want to make matters worse.)

Any idea what's causing this? Did the vinegar wreck something?

I would venture a guess that some of the build up that was removed by the vinegar clogged something. Can you take it apart and clean it out.

remove, and clean reinstall, if removal is not possible, compressed air
