toilet jack

Has anyone heard of or used this product? A friend of mine sent me the link and I was curious as to whether or not it's any good. It's a toilet jack to lift the toilet once it is no longer secured so you can change the flange/wax ring, etc, clean the bottom of the toilet, and then put it back in...
