I’m doing a lot of planning towards finishing my basement. Home was built in 2018 and they left these stubs for a future bathroom. I can tell the back one is for a shower, but I’m stumped after that. I deliberately shot this pic at an angle to show the ejector pit and sump pump. What’s what here?

planning to add a 3-piece bathroom to the basement. The only thing existing so far is a pump basin with a 1.5" vent (only influent to this basin currently is floor drain by the HVAC)....would the attached plumbing layout work? Wondering if the section I have highlighted in red would be required...
