I'm glad you got it taken care of successfully. Your experience is interesting to me as 2 inch is the readily available standard In Minnesota where I live.

It is just a bar sink strainer. Every Big Box store or plumbing supply house should have it. You just have to ask for it by the right name bar sink strainer.

    Shower handle stuck

Appears to be Moen. Middle screw should be only screw, put it back in a few turns and then use the handle puller. Always have the screw in place when using a handle remover otherwise there is seldom a solid surface for the puller screw to push against.

    Price/Pfister faucet problem

Call Pfister faucets back and have them give you technical assistance on how to replace the diverter. The phone person sometimes has to run to check with a tech so it takes a little bit of time but they've always been good at answering my questions.

    Strange hot water valve problem?

I'm with Frodo (again jeez Frodo's always right...) on this issue, too many unknown variables. I would also check if a backflow preventer insert in the nipples on top of the water heater is sticking shut.

What type of Toilet Tank-to-Bowl Gasket? And can I use this tank anymore?

Looks like a standard gasket size for an old toilet. Replace what you have with a Fluidmaster Flush valve replacement kit and the gaskets are included.
