Sorry guys, had to leave town for while, got back last night and scrubbed the filter on the bottom, cleaned all the dirt out and so far it stayed lit through the night, will keep you posted, thank you for all your help.

Replaced it, will add some pics when I get home tonite

still not working, the only time it works for longer than a day is when I remove the pilot, burner and thermocouple from the valve and put them back on, then it works for a day or two and than the problem starts reoccuring.

Checked filters at bottom of tank and they are clear

Replaced the thermocouple with the pilot assy.
