    I don't know the name of the parts in the toilet, but the flanges? etc in the tank are made of rubber. -------- These washer/dishwasher units were fine before. I don't want to have any compromised rubber gaskets flanges seals whatever blow when water damage is involved.

    Outdoor spigot

    The vacuum breaker on my outdoor spigot is spraying water out from under the cap. What would cause this and how to fix? It is only a few months old.
