    Fixing pinhole leak internally.

Can anybody point me in the direction of some methods to fix a pinhole leak on poly ethylene piping internally. The pinhole leak is directly under a very expensive custom cabinet and the customer does not want to remove it so we can break through the concrete. Is there anything like a blown...

    expansion tank question

You should really have a plumber come out, replace the tank and examine the rest of the system for problems. Boilers aren't really something you should be applying your home handy man skills to. I have seen my share of boilers that have blown up because they were not serviced properly. Central...

All new pipes in kitchen sink...now not draining

I agree with fansplumbing. You may have pushed that tubular too far into the fitting that comes out of the wall. Pull it out and cut it to the correct length. It only needs to go in about 3-4 inches at the most. If not the line may need to be snaked at lest 50' all the way to the main sewer line...

    solder

I would say make sure the fitting's are clean, clean clean. Mesh tape, wire brush, whatever but make sure the fittings are clean. Use a good flux paste. Make sure that all cuts are clean and square. Push fittings in all the way together. Heat fitting and let the solder get sucked into the joint...
