Can anyone help me or know of a store or online site that sells large overflow gaskets? The measurements on the one I have is 3 1/2 OD and roughly 2 1/2 ID. I haven’t had any luck online and at the stores.

Yeah it’s just the small pertinent things that they missed but hey things happen for a reason. Now I’m creating a tile access panel to always have access to the plumbing and to look at the condition of the subfloor since I did have a leak.

Another reason I believe that the overflow tube came off easily is because the builder cut the bottom tube at an angle as you can see in the last picture I posted which limit the attachment on one side of the top portion of the tube. Also, the builder didn’t use any of that purple primer on any...

Ahhhh ok, so push the overflow back behind the tub and replace the gasket that way? Do you think I will have issues getting the overflow back into the hole once I replace the gasket?

I just don’t have access behind the tube where the overflow gasket is.

Unfortunately no because the shower sits Adjacent to where the overflow system is located on the tub. If the tub was flipped 180, then that would have been perfect to install an access panel
