Shower stall leaks at the base

Hi,

I have a neo-angled shower stall in my bathroom. I took everything apart because the caulk was old and everything needed a good cleaning. I put the shower stall back together and water is leaking out of the bottom frame where the glass wall sits inside the frame. The water is running down the glass into the base frame and it is coming out on the outside of the shower. I caulked along the bottom where the base frame meets the shower pan, on the inside and outside of the shower. Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

Please help.
