Has anyone heard of, or dealt with, any issues with Bed Pan washers on toilets in a Healthcare facility splashing the Staff?

turn the water on the flush valve down
I have the same issue with the dishwasher's sprayer in our kitchen (commercial facility)
We lowered the building's pressure which helped, it was high at 100 lbs to begin with, now we are focusing on the nozzle, make sure its clean (lime away any deposits) and we are about to buy a spare and modify it by drilling the holes larger (more volume but less velocity)
