I will like to modify the PVC pipe under the basin become a T shape PVC pipe so that I can put in my washing machine outlet water hose into one of the leg of the T shape PVC pipe when I use my washing machine, do you think it work well?

The tee must be installed on the inlet side of the trap. They make dish washer tail piece in flanged and compression.tailpiece.jpg

You say washing machine, but need to specify if it is a dishwasher or clothes washer. A clothes washer has a much higher discharge volume and a different size pipe is needed. Otherwise use the dishwasher tailpiece that Hyper shows above.

If you mean a clothes washing machine, no. Many codes are raising the size to 2" from the old 1-1/2" since newer washing machines have more powerful pumps than the older models. As mentioned, you need to have the drain trapped, and according to your drawing you by-passed the trap.

Poster looks like he's in Singapore. So you can probably through the code book out the window for this one.

If your talking about a clotheswasher, I would not recommend it. The amount of water would be too much for the laundry tray and would likely back up and fill up the laundry tray. For a dishwashing machine, use the wye branch tail piece Hover pictured above.
