Bathroom shower faucet is leaking. I see online that the cartridge can be replaced but not sure on this one? Any insight?

If so, how do I get this one out?

You need a special tool.
Moen has two cartridges
This one is the slim one
 
If you call Moen 1-800-buy moen They will send you a cartridge. The puller you will have to buy at HD or Lowes. How
does your work? Do you just turn it counterclockwise or do you have to pull the faucet out and turn to H & C.
