Hello. I need to replace the copper fill line for dishwasher with braided SS line. How do I remove the existing copper line and cutoff and replace with braided SS line and quarter turn cutoff valve. Do I need to cut pipe or is there a place I can unscrew? Thank you!

I can't see the back of that valve - is it slip/sweat or compression fitting? If slip, you'll need to melt it (the solder) off with a torch and install the new one. Why do you want to replace that valve? I would just replace the copper line that is screwed in on the left side with your braided stainless and call it a day.

What I am looking at is a Compression stop

NOW, Lets talk dishwasher
on the bottom, front, are 2 black panels, remove the screws, remove the panels
lay on your belly, on the left side about 4'' under the unit, is where that copper line ties in
remove the nut. the water line is disconnected.
install a 3/8'' compression coupling on the disconnected copper line
tighten the new line to the old copper line
as you pull the old line out, pull the new line in
f you can not do this

disconnect drain, disconnect power
remove screws
pull te unit out of the hole, install new line
