Hi

I have a failed pressure balance valve and cartridge in my single lever shower fixture. I have it apart and have photos of the individual parts. So far been to four plumbing suppliers and not one can identify the brand. I’m hoping someone out there might recognize the valve or parts? It’s most likely around 8-10 years old. I’m trying to avoid ripping the tile out and having to replace the whole valve and move to a new fixture.

Thanks in advance

P.S. there are no labels or identifiers that I can see

Also should note that the only marking on the cartridge is S.T.S.R on the side body of the cartridge if that helps at all.

It's a longshot, but did you try Google Image search? Rather than inputting words in the search bar, you input a picture. I used it for a broken skylight handle, and found it immediately.

I have tried it in multiple search engines with no luck. I’m going to try another week then I guess it’s tear out tile and replace the valve. Thanks for the suggestion though.
