Slope on 3inch has to be 1/4 inch per foot 1/8 inch for 4 inch and bigger is code

3” vent can serve 12’ of 3” horizontal. 1/8” slope on 3” and up . 1/4” slope on 2”and smaller. If your still cautious then add a tee close to toilet riser and install a studor vent. Many other ways. But my book says those flow rates. And it’s what I have done for 18 years. And I give stoppage warranty. Good luck
MA code is 1/4” per foot on 3” and below and 1/8”per foot on 4” and larger.

Isn't the total developed length affected by the fact that part of it is with 3" pipe and part is with 2" pipe? i.e. different sloping limits even using International code.

BTW...does anyone know what the applicable code is for the OP? The fact that he had mentioned 6' kinda implies it's not the International.

3'' and 2'' are both 1/4 per foot
so no,

he is from Virginia, which according to Zanne's sticky, is IPC
Comment #24 was in response to you guys when you were saying it was 1/8"/ft and started talking about developed length.
I do believe International Plumbing Code IS 1/8" for 3" pipe.:confused:

I think he added his location after the original post.;)
