My shower seems to have had a sudden drop off in pressure. I haven't had any pressure issues from any other faucets and both the shower head and wand have equally low pressure when switching between them with the diverter so I guess that would suggest its not sediment buildup.
So far, I've turned off the water at the two service valves and pulled the cartridge and soaking it along with the head and wand in vinegar to remove sediment buildup. The cartridge doesn't have any obvious issues I can see but if I don't see improvment after reassembling, I'm thinking my next step is to replace the cartridge with this one:
Gerber Plumbing Ceramic Check Valve with Pressure Balance Cartridge
Anything else I'm missing?
The unit is a Danze with a diverter like this:
