Mowed over air vacuum/relief valve

Kid accidentally mowed over the cover which had this valve in between our septic tanks today. It totally broke the pipes off and whatever else was connected to them. I have an aerobic system and this is in between the waste tank and pump tank. Connects the two tanks. However, for the life of me there are two pipes and I do not remember how this was set up. Can anyone give advice on repairing this?
